Unfortunately I did not use this gentleman because of the low budget remaining after the extension. His price was more than reasonable but I opted for a contractor who offered a slightly better price for doing all the work including plumbing, painting etc. However, from my brief encounter with this gentleman I can say he is polite, punctual, professional and I would not hesitate in awarding him a job in the future.
